Shrine
This play has its harrowing moments, but it is a thoroughly enjoyable as it reminds us of our own children and their secret lives – the lives that parents know exist, but shudder to think about. Tim Winton at his VERY best, backed by a stunning cast.
God of Carnage
A great script, very well presented. All parents have been in similar situations; however, here it was extremely funny. A quality production in the award winning league.
Sorority House of the Dead
Fangs for the memory. A little silly, definitely tongue-in-cheek, but great fun. May your season flow well.
Trilogy
How often do we see trilogies when one play will be good, one average and the third diabolical? Here we have three superbly written plays, well directed and top notch acting. A really special night at the theatre.
A Conversation
This is not an easy night at the theatre but then again theatre should be about stirring the emotions and this certainly does that. If you fancy something different, clever, well-written and adeptly presented, then I can highly recommend this powerful drama.
Calendar Girls
A fine production that captured all of the emotions from sadness to hilarity with skill. The audience loved it. A fun night in a theatre that was fully booked with only the odd ticket returned.
The Season at Sarsaparilla
This insight to the occupants of the suburb is fascinating and has you in curious suspense as to the next happening. A very good production of an Australian classic. Highly recommended – if you can get a ticket.
Two Weeks with the Queen
This is a very funny, easy to follow play for all of the family. A few tissues were produced by the audience in the later scenes. A pleasant story, well presented.
The Pirates of Penzance
NOT a high faluting opera, but an easy to understand, fun night for ALL of the family.
