 Season: 24 April to 9 May 2020.

 After travelling back from Australia and saving one of the passengers when the plane is hijacked, Carl Houston, Sussex hotelier, nearly loses his life trying to find out why his travel bag is of interest to the police and what this has to do with a toy koala and his devious chef. This play bears all the Durbridge hallmarks of suspense, mystery and murder. 

The characters:

Carl Houston – mid 40’s.

Ronnie Sheldon – advertising executive – 20’s-30’s

George Westwood – Scotland Yard detective inspector – around 50.

Vanessa Houston – Carl’s wife – early 40’s.

Ruth Wyatt – secretary and manageress of the hotel – 35-45.

Bernard Decker – head chef – 40’s.

Millie Decker – Bernard’s wife – 40’s.

Oliver Radford – Affluent – early 50’s.
