1. Fourteen – by Alice Gerstenberg, directed by Carmen Dohle
Fourteen is a social satire piece set in New York in the 1920s. Mrs Pringle is hosting a dinner party of fourteen guests, but a terrible blizzard outside, and the cancellation of her guests, throws things into total confusion.List of characters:
Mrs Pringle (female, stage age 40s – 50s) – a woman of fashion, handsome, rather excitable in temperament but capable, vivacious and charming
Elaine (female, stage age late teens – early 20s) – Mrs Pringle’s daughter. A young debutante, but rather more reserved than her mother and eager to seize on any reason to sit out the dinner.
Dunham (male or female, stage age anywhere from mid 20s to mid 50s) – the Butler or Maid. Clever and eager to assist Mrs Pringle, but the events of the night make Dunham increasingly flustered.
Ideally New York accents for all three characters, but generic North American is fine.

3. Taking Sides – written and directed by Suzannah Churchman
When new player Sam turns up at Hase’s Junior footy club, he realizes he has some serious competition for the state try outs. He has enough problems already with his battling parents and punishing new coach to make an enemy of Sam but she has other ideas.’
Casting for the roles of;
Darlene ( Hase’s mum ) playing age 30-40s, Darlene is fun loving and feisty, She firmly believes that the universe is looking out for her and her son. She is a die hard Dockers supporter from the tip of her UGG boots to the top of her purple beanie.
A fun comedic role with a nice dramatic confrontation scene.
Davo (Hase’s Dad) playing age 30-40s Davo is mad keen for the Eagles, likes a pie and does not find dealing with his ex wife easy. This Is a small role that needs a strong love for comedy to bring out the understated, socially inept Dad just trying to avoid conflict with everyone.
Both roles require Australian accent please.
